What to do.
The forty-third annual exhibition of artwork by students from across Waterloo Region - Expressions 43: Recalibrate and InSight: RE: are on view from April 21 to 27 May 27 at the Kitchener Waterloo Art Gallery. Expressions 43: Recalibrate features artwork made by students from Junior Kindergarten through to Grade 12. Inspired by Rhyma Her’s geometric painting Altering, students were encouraged to rethink their subjects and imagine new possibilities for an ever-changing world. Shown alongside works by Edward Burtynsky, Michael Snow, Claude Tousignant and others from KWAG’s Permanent Collection, this exhibition provides a meaningful historical context for the ideas and aspirations of our next generation of creative young people.
