Doors open at 7:30, music at 8, you find yourself on the tour bus at 11, you wake up outside the Burrito Boyz on Central Ave in London the next morning at 7 and have to text your best friend to come get you and you make them promise never to tell anyone, but they totally put it on their Instagram story and that's when things get super awkward.

Join CycleWR on a glow ride to Uptown BIA’s Bike Lane Launch and the City of Waterloo’s Lumen Festival in Uptown Waterloo on Saturday, September 29. I pity the fool who parks on the bike lane on Saturday, September 29 at 6:30. It's the grand opening of the bike lanes in uptown Waterloo and it's honestly not that hard to tell they're bike lanes and we don't get how people still park their cars on them or walk on them. We don't even bike and we figured it out. (That was harsh, are you okay? - Ed.)

Lumen is a festival that showcases light based new media, media art, and projection based installations. This free event invites citizens to explore the city through a new lens -- one that illuminates Waterloo through art and technology.
