Side note.
Hello to celiac readers of the newsletter (and people who know celiacs). Bitte Schön Brauhaus is now our favourite brewery in Waterloo Region because they brewed a gluten free beer and have a clean draft line for it. We drove up on Friday to be one of the first to try it and it's pretty darn good. (Disclaimer: as with everything in life, the beer is brewed in the same facility that makes regular beer, so there's a risk of cross contamination. -Ed.)

FOMO.
