FOMO.

Marbles Restaurant in Uptown Waterloo is a casual dining and cocktails destination that’s been operating since 1977. They are located in a former livery stable built in the 1870s and have been renovated to preserve its historical character. The cozy eclectic decor is surrounded by exposed brick walls, stained glass windows, a tin ceiling and a copper countertop bar. They open up the patio over the summer for some great outside seating. Marbles Restaurant joined the Fat Sparrow Group in 2016 and and gave the menu a modern twist to the classics. The restaurant also uses a designated gluten-free fryer to make half of their menu celiac-friendly. You can order up gluten-free cod cakes, fettuccine, calamari, and fish and chips. To get a taste of the original Marbles, try the Lamb Burger that’s just about as old as the restaurant.

We're excited to bring you restaurant reviews from KWFOMO. Follow them on Instagram for more awesome places to eat and drink in Waterloo Region.
