FOMO.

Nick & Nat’s Uptown 21 is a casual special events and take-out restaurant that opened in 2008. They run special themed-events (such as their Guy Fieri one on May 23) and cater for private and corporate functions. A lot of their success is attributed to their dedication to the farm-to-table philosophy of developing strong relationships with farmers in the Waterloo Region and using as much local ingredients as they can in their ever-changing creative menus. Nick & Nat’s are most popular for their Brown Bag Fridays where you can grab a sandwich for $6 and couple it with soup, salad, desserts, and drinks all while staying under $10. You have to check it out, but don’t just take it from me. They proudly exhibit 7 years of being awarded the “Recommended Where to Eat in Canada”, and co-owner and Chef Nick Benninger won 2nd place in the Ontario Culinary Challenge in 2015 for his maple candied pig tails.

We're excited to bring you restaurant reviews from KWFOMO. Follow them on Instagram for more awesome places to eat and drink in Waterloo Region.
