Canada's UX festival - Fluxible - is this weekend and they have events open to the public all week - including a daily brown bag lunch series at Communitech. First up is Using "slow and dumb" AI to model human performance with Shi Cao, Assistant Professor with the Department of Systems Design Engineering at UW.
In the evening, go on a guided bike ride with Darren Kropf from the City of Kitchener where you'll learn about Designing streets for all ages and abilities. Starts at 5:30 at Catalyst137.

The Fluxible brown bag lunch is Behavioural economics in the “wild” with Manulife RED Lab's Yeti at noon at Communitech.
Tuesdays mean trivia at Descendants Beer & Beverage with TV Trivia featuring "THE OFFICE". Bring your crew from work. Game starts at 8:00 pm. Reservations are available for groups of 10+.

The City of Waterloo Museum presents a bus tour for "The Sublime Mr. Seagram, Uncovering the Legacy of Waterloo’s First Innovator" with museum manager Jaren VandenBrink. The tour starts at 1 PM and leaves the City of Waterloo Museum.

Counterpoint Brewing and Nyam Revival Kitchen are hosting a fundraising event for Pound Dog Rescue from 2 to 6 PM at Counterpoint. 10% of all purchases during the event (food, beer, merchandise) will be going directly to Pound Dog Rescue.
