Arabella has their Suds and Shop market tonight starting at 6 p.m.

Over at Hepcat, it's Monday Night Swing featuring Alex Pangman and her Alleycats. Start with an introductory lesson, followed by a social dance to live music.

Tuesday, December 17
East Africa Cafe has a vegan lunch buffet from noon till 2 p.m.

Get into the Christmas spirit with Kid's Hop feature Erick Traplin with special guest Santa at Kitchener Market. Doors open at 10:30, music at 11:00 a.m. All ages.

Apollo Cinemas has their Movie + Market event feature the hit (yet problematic) film "Love Actually" starting at 6:45 p.m.

Descendants Beer and Beverage has their trivia night featuring questions from Home Alone 1 and 2.

White Rabbit has Mule Tuesdays starting at noon. $6.75 mule variations all day.

Lana's Lounge has Elton Lammie on stage starting at 6 p.m. (Also, Melanie asked if we've been yet and we haven't, so we need to go. -Ed.)

Join TWB Brewing for a beer and a performance by Brewer's Brass Quartet - featuring some festive favourites.

ActOUT! Theatre has productions of Frozen Jr. at the Registry Theatre today through Saturday. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.

THEMUSEUM After Dark has Millennial Makers: Masquerade Masks on starting at 7:30 p.m. Get ready for the New Year with a brand new masquerade made, designed, and created by you. You will be using face moulds and 3D pens to create your mask.

Thursday, December 19
Short Finger Brewing has a Home Alone Movie & Pizza Night to raise money for The Working Centre.

Feminine Harbor and The KW Art Gallery present The L.I.G.H.T. Stories this Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery.

Counterpoint Brewing's run club meets tonight. Run and then a beer after. Can't think of a better motivator (Other than shawarma. Would totally join a shawarma and run club. -Ed.)

Friday, December 20
Maxwell's has Safe as Houses with special guest Luke Michielsen this Friday. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., music starts at 8:00 p.m.

TWH Social has Jay Carraro on stage starting at 6 p.m.

There's a screening of "Parasite" at the Princess at 9:20 (...and Anthony said it's really good and we should all go see it. -Ed.)

Saturday, December 21
Jane Bond has Music for the Masses with DJ Good Dr starting at 10 p.m.

TWH Social is the place to be for holiday classics performed with a modern jazz twist by "Canada's preeminient jazz trumpet player" Brownman Ali and his hard-swinging mainstream jazz quartet.

Sunday, December 22
KW Community Spirit Lions Club and Waterloo Crime Stoppers have a a free family skate at RIM Park from 12 to 2 p.m.

The Walper Hotel is keeping it classy with Marina Branković and Marko Pejanović playing pieces from Chopin, Beethoven, Vitali and Grieg. 8 to 10 p.m. in the Oak Lobby on the second floor.
