The University of Waterloo's Research Talks heads to THEMUSEUM for "Designing smart and climate savvy cities" at 6:30 p.m. It's a public event and panel discussion examining smart infrastructure and sustainability
It's Burger Monday at Descendants Beer & Beverage. $5 burger with a drink purchase.
Tuesday, February 4
It's another Legendary Guanaquita Latin Night this Tuesday starting at 7:30 p.m.
Descendants Beer & Beverage has Mandalorian trivia starting at 8 p.m. (All our answers would be "Baby Yoda" or "who is that guy from Game of Thrones". Saving that 7-day free trial for a snow day. -Ed.)
Wednesday, February 5
Life In Homemade and Counterpoint Brewing Company present "Isoji: Revival A Food and Beer Sermon by Chef Teneile Warren". It's an evening featuring an eight course meal that pays homage to Chef Warren's culinary life changers. Eight inspired courses paired with four specially brewed Counterpoint Beers with images curated by Vintage Black Canada. Starts at 6 p.m. at Counterpoint Brewing on Frederick Street.
Kitchener Public Library and University of Waterloo Faculty of Arts have a free screening of the documentary "Delicate Balance" at 6:30 p.m.
Shopify has "Build your Business with Chat" starting at 6 p.m.

Explore art, architecture and the environment with the Alexandra McIntosh, the Director of Programs & Exhibitions at Fogo Island Arts in Newfoundland this Thursday at the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery. 6:30 at KWAG. This is part of their on-going Culture Talks series of events.
Your Kitchener Public Library has Toronto-based novelist Samantha M. Bailey in talking about her latest novel "Women on the Edge" as part of the 85 Queen event series.

Dallas Night Club is hosting Koala-fest. Come out for some great music for a great cause with all proceeds going to help save Australia's Wildlife (Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service Inc.). On stage: Romeo Sex Fighter, Lulu's Roadhouse Band, Vintage Flight, Skylar Valli, The Bend and Sticky. 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. - tickets are $20 including pizza.

The Apollo is showing the 92nd Academy Awards on their big screen. It's very meta - watching the Oscars in a movie theatre. ANYWAY - tickets are free, you just need to sign up to save your spot.
