Did you know Cafe Pyrus Outpost offers soy, coconut, almond and oat milk for their coffee, teas and speciality drinks at no extra charge as an alternative to local organic dairy? Well, they do. And they have awesome vegan and gluten free baked goods too. Check out their site for more info - or better yet, go visit them at 150 Roger Street off the Spur Line Trail.
The team at the Cambridge Kitchener Waterloo YMCA is putting together a big white paper on workplace well-being in our region. Where our region is the healthiest, where we need help, and what our team at the YMCA can do to take those steps in our region. But to do that well, they need all of the data they can get. If you have five minutes to spare, they'd love it if you could complete this quick and anonymous survey on your well-being at work during COVID. And please share and distribute this survey to as many people as you can! The more people this reaches, the better insights we can gather, and the more impact they can have.

Over the weekend, Phlippen Sauce had the grand opening of their new store in Downtown Kitchener at 341 King Street East. If you're downtown, give 'em a visit and get some of the delicious sauce which we know put on almost everything.
