Eating and drinking and working.

The owners of the former Budds department store were announced late last week - Jay and Kamal Shah. It's a good sign - Jay is the former co-founder of BufferBox, which was acquired by Google a few years ago. Having a local family continue to own the site will hopefully go a long way to bringing a tenant (or tenants) that will benefit the downtown core. (cough, cough, Trader Joe's)
I'm trying something different with the format this week - less images, more text. Let me know what you think.
