Public Market (324 Frederick St, Kitchener) will be opening tomorrow, Tuesday, July 19. Regular hours will be 8am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday.

One of Waterloo's oldest establishments, the Waterloo Club, is moving to Kitchener. Founded in 1913, the Waterloo Club is a place where "...men and women can come, share ideas, do some business or just sit back and forget about work for a while," said Andrew Wilding, vice-president of the Waterloo Club. They have no plans to change the name since the club was formed in what was once Waterloo County* and is now the Region of Waterloo. How can we spin this to be about amalgamation?
