A new bar is taking shape in Belmont Village in the heart of midtown Kitchener-Waterloo, but this isn't going to be your ordinary pub. Arabella Park, situated behind The Culinary Studio at the top of Belmont Village is going to be a Beer Bar. Read more.

THEMUSEUM's Beer + series returns on Wednesday, October 19 with Beer + Science. The nerds from Nerd Nite KW will take you through the new Quantum exhibit and pair the dropping of science with a pint from a local craft brewery. Go ahead and make Schrodinger's cat jokes - no one at THEMUSEUM has heard them before.
Being a geek is cool now. That means we can toss these contact lenses and start wearing glasses again. The way too stylish folks at Insight Eye Care are celebrating their grand opening in uptown with a frame showcase featuring RAPP and MYKITA frames. Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21.
