The UW Music’s Noon Hour Concert this week is Hearing the Desert at the Conrad Grebel University at noon. This concert will feature original music by Carol Ann Weaver, based on her recent travels in the Kalahari Desert and performed by cellist Ben Bolt-Martin and vocalist Mary Catherine Pazzano.
Ambush the Arts is a free celebration of the artistic talents of young people in Kitchener at the Kitchener City Hall Rotunda. It’s an evening of creativity, expression, and art activities for ages 12-24 on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 6-9 pm featuring an open mic, artist showcase, and more.
