Before we get to the events…I wrote this story about Tiny Home Takeout for Communitech News. When I was doing the interviews, I couldn’t help but feel inspired for the first time in a very, very, very long time. They serve people great food with dignity no matter what their circumstance. The Business & Education Partnership of Waterloo Region has another event in their Explore Your Future Series at 6:30 p.m. This week’s event is titled Entrepreneurs - Careers Starting and Leading Companies and features a discussion on how to use your talents to create, build and lead companies across a range of industries.
Looking for some drama? All Around the Square is an improvisational soap-opera drama performed by KW Little Theatre. First episode happens on March 10.
Join Kitchener Public Library for Indigenous Storytelling Series: Treaties & Wampum Belt Stories with Fran Davis at 7 p.m. The event to celebrates Indigenous culture where you can learn about the importance of land, and spirituality to First Nations, Inuit and Metis Peoples. This is an opportunity to understand more about the stewards of this land, their cultural beliefs, history, customs, rituals and ways of life.

The KW Community Foundation invites you to the second Do More Good Dialogue on Thursday, March 11 at 1 p.m. This month’s talk explores the the intersectionality between affordable housing and gender.
Terminal’s Tech Talk features a panel discussion from Women in Engineering Management at 7 p.m. The panelists will discuss how they got started, challenges they faced along the way, and the wisdom they would like to share with those interested in engineering management roles.
