Waterloo Region charities stretch every dollar to provide vital services and programming to the most vulnerable people in our community, often finding they are unable to provide their clients with essential items including basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.), bus tickets for medical appointments, backpacks to store their possessions, proper clothing and footwear for the weather, diapers, and menstrual products because they don’t have the funding needed to purchase these items. The Essentials Fund has been created to help charities support their clients by giving them the flexibility to purchase what they need, when they need it. Learn more at the KW Community Foundation website.
Order a large pizza on Sunday, March 27 and 100% of the proceeds will go to support Food4Kids Waterloo Region. Use code CARE.
